| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 pounds | Venison steak -- or |
| Tenderloin | |
| Cut into 1" chunks | |
| ¼ cup | Wine vinegar |
| ¼ cup | Catsup |
| ¼ cup | Cooking oil |
| 1 tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | Clove garlic, minced -- or |
| Garlic powder | |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| dash | Or two of pepper |
Mix all ingredients together. Place meat in ziploc plastic bag, cover with marinade. Close bag and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally. Cut up favorite veggies (I use green, yellow, & red pepper, onion and mushrooms). Alternate veggies and meat, brush vegies with extra marinade and grill!
