marinated venison kabobs

MeasureIngredient
1 pounds Venison steak -- or
  Tenderloin
  Cut into 1" chunks
¼ cup Wine vinegar
¼ cup Catsup
¼ cup Cooking oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Clove garlic, minced -- or
  Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
 dash Or two of pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Place meat in ziploc plastic bag, cover with marinade. Close bag and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally. Cut up favorite veggies (I use green, yellow, & red pepper, onion and mushrooms). Alternate veggies and meat, brush vegies with extra marinade and grill!
