Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Venison steak -- or |
\N \N | Tenderloin |
\N \N | Cut into 1\" chunks |
¼ cup | Wine vinegar |
¼ cup | Catsup |
¼ cup | Cooking oil |
1 tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
1 \N | Clove garlic, minced -- or |
\N \N | Garlic powder |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Dry mustard |
\N dash | Or two of pepper |
Mix all ingredients together. Place meat in ziploc plastic bag, cover with marinade. Close bag and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally. Cut up favorite veggies (I use green, yellow, & red pepper, onion and mushrooms). Alternate veggies and meat, brush vegies with extra marinade and grill!
