Marinated turnips

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 mediums White turnips, slice thin
⅓ cup Celery tops, chopped fine
⅓ cup Oil
3 tablespoons Cider vinegar
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

In a bowl combine all ingredients; toss and then chill until serving time.
