1 cup | Corn oil |
½ teaspoon | Oregano, powdered |
½ teaspoon | Red pepper flakes |
\N \N | Garlic cloves (whole) as desired. |
\N \N | Garlic powder to taste |
Peel and remove seed from mirlitons and cut into bite size pieces.
In lge. pot of boiling water, place mirlitons and cook for no more than 3 min. Drain and cool. Make up marinade and pour over mirlitons.
