|1 quart||Lime Juice|
|½ cup||Conintreau or Triple Sec|
|3 cups||Good Mexican Tequila|
Recipe by: Emeril Lagasee Serving Size: 6 - 8 Whisk all of the ingredients together in a glass bowl. Either freeze the mixture in an air-tight container or use an ice cream machine, following the manufacturers instructions. Let freeze well. Serve in Margarita glasses with thin wafer cookies and garnished with lime wedges.
Yields: ½ gallon
