|4½ ounce||Warm maple syrup|
|3 ounces||Boiling water|
|10⅔ ounce||Cream; (35 percent)|
Beat egg yolks and warm maple syrup until thickened. Sprinkle gelatin over boiling water and slowly add to the first mixture. Whip cream until frothy and fold into the preparation.
