¼ teaspoon | Cloves |
2 cups | Maple syrup |
4 \N | Cloves garlic; minced |
1½ cup | White wine |
½ teaspoon | Ginger |
1 teaspoon | Dry mustard |
2 teaspoons | Thyme |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
2 teaspoons | Basil |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |
1 teaspoon | Chili powder |
Combine all ingredients, bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered until thick (2-3 hours). Very good on pork, chicken, and beef.
