Manhatten deli salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
12 ounces Spiral Pasta
1¼ cup Pitted Ripe Olives; Sliced
1 cup Red Or Green Pepper; Chopped
¼ pounds Hard Salami; Cut Into Thin Strips
¼ pounds Provolone Cheese; Cut Into Strips
1 small Red Onon; Sliced Into Rings
½ cup Parmesan Cheese; Grated
¼ cup Parsley; Finely Chopped
¾ cup Italian Dressing

Cook pasta according to package directions. Combine olives, pepper, salami, Provolone cheese, onion, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and dressing in a large bowl. Add pasta and toss well.
