Mango brulee'

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Mangoes, peeled and sliced
½ pint Whipping cream
\N \N Brown sugar

Whip the cream and spread on top.

Freeze.

Before serving, flatten a thickish layer of brown sugar on top and place the dish in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.

Light the broiler and slip the dish under the boiler. This is tricky -- the sugar should dissolve, but the whipped cream should be soft but not runny.

Serve immediately.
