Heat oven to 450F. Mix baking mix, mayonnaise and egg. Stir in other ingredients, except bread. Spread ingredients evenly on bread. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets until puffy and golden brown, about 10 minutes.
Serve immediately. 6-open-faced sandwiches.
High altitude directions: (3500 to 6500); heat oven to 475F. Stir 2 tbs all-purpose flour into baking mix. Bake. 10 to 12 minutes.
