Macaroni & broccoli with anchovies

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Macaroni
4 eaches Cloves garlic
1 pinch Salt
¾ x Inch in pan of olive oil
1 can Anchovies
2 packs Frozen broccoli spears
\N \N Parmesan cheese

Using the macaroni water, cook broccoli. When broccoli is done take out and put in a dish. Put your macaroni in a different dish and add a little salt. In seperate pot saute garlic in olive oil. When almost brown, throw in anchovies and stir until they dissolve. When garlic is golden colored, remove from oil. Then add broccoli and stir. Pour broccoli and oil on top of macaroni. Top with parmesan cheese.
