| Measure | Ingredient |

| 3 | Cloves garlic, crushed |
| ½ cup | Red wine vinegar |
| 1 teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 1 tablespoon | Fish sauce |
| 1 | Red chiles, finely chopped |
Mix all together at least one day prior to serving.
NOTES : A must for lumpia. Dip those little lumpia into this sauce and your tastebuds will kiss you!
