Low-fat crab casserole

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Crabmeat (Fresh)
2 tablespoons Capers
1 \N Egg -- well beaten Salt
½ cup Kraft Non-fat mayo
2 tablespoons Skim Evaporated milk
¼ teaspoon White pepper
1 teaspoon Dried dillweed
1 teaspoon Tabasco
2 tablespoons Calorie-reduced margarine
⅓ cup Grated parmesan

Combine all ingredients except cheese; stir gently until well mixed. Spoon mixture into 6 well-sprayed (with Pam) ramekins or into a 1 quart baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 deg. for 25-30 minutes.
