Low-cal chocolate cake

Yield: 24 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
¼ cup Granulated fructose**
½ cup Unsweetened cocoa
1½ teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Low fat milk (2%)
⅔ cup Liquid shortening
2 \N Eggs
\N \N **or other sugar replacement

Preheat oven to 350^. Grease anf flour a 13 X 9" cake pan. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 miutes. Let cool.
