1 cup | Low fat milk (2%) |
⅔ cup | Liquid shortening |

Preheat oven to 350^. Grease anf flour a 13 X 9" cake pan. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 miutes. Let cool.
