lobster eggs

2 tablespoons Butter
2 ounces Sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Heavy cream
¼ teaspoon Salt
  Pepper
½ teaspoon Chopped fresh basil
2 cups Lobster meat
Eggs
Bread rusks

In skillet, heat butter. Saute mushrooms. Sprinkle flour & cook 2 minutes. Add cream, seasonings & ½ cup lobster meat. Simmer until thick. Poach eggs. Place remaining lobster on rusks. Top with egg.

Smother with sauce. Serve at once.
