Little meat balls and gravy

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 pack Dry onion soup mix
¼ cup Milk
3 tablespoons Flour

Mix beef, 2 tablespoons soup mix and milk. Form into small balls. Brown in skillet. Remove meat balls. Add flour to grease and brown (add more grease if needed). Add enough water to make thin gravy. Add rest of soup and meat balls and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over rice, noodles or with creamed potatoes.
