|1 tablespoon||Ground Paprika, sweet|
|500 grams||Low fat curd cheese (quark or cottage works)|
Cream butter in a mixer, on setting 1, adding the onion, kapers, cumin, mustard, paprika, salt and pepper, mixing well. Put the quark in a cloth and squeeze until you get all the water out. Put all in a mixer, on setting 2, and mix until creamy. Add the chives. Form the cheese mixture on a wooden board, and refrigerate for 2 hours. Garnish with cut tomatoes and onion.
