Lin's favorite honey-oatmeal bread abm

Yield: 1 1.5# loaf

Measure Ingredient
7½ ounce Water @ 80 degrees F
3 tablespoons Honey
2 cups Bread flour
1 cup Oats, quick or old-fashioned
1½ tablespoon Dry milk
1¼ teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Butter or margarine cut into
\N \N 4 pieces
2 teaspoons Active dry yeast OR
1½ teaspoon Fast rise yeast

Add all ingredients in order to bread pan. Select Basic or Basic Rapid. Select bread color. Press start.
