Lime-ginger vinaigrette

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Juice from one lime
1½ teaspoon Minced or grated ginger
1 teaspoon Dried coriander seeds,
\N \N Crushed
¼ teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Vietnamese fish sauce
\N \N (nuoc mam)
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro
⅓ cup Canola oil
\N \N Salt and ground black pepper

Mix first 3 ingredients in small bowl; let stand for 15 minutes.

Whisk in next 4 ingredients, then the oil. Season to taste with sale and pepper. Let stand for 1 hour before serving.
