| 1 pack | Sweetened lime flavored gelatin |
| 1 cup | Grapefruit sections |
| 4 slices | Pineapple |
| 1 cup | Watermelon balls |
| 2 cups | Boiling water |
| 1 cup | Orange sections |
| 12 | Maraschino cherries |
| 1 cup | Cantaloupe balls |
| Mayonnaise dressing |
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool until partially set. Cut each slice of pineapple in four pieces. Cut cherries in halves. Pour small portion of gelatin into mold. Place a half of a cherry in center of mold. Arrange sections of orange, grapefruit, pineapple, and cherries in a design. Cover with a layer of gelatin. Repeat until mold is filled. Chill until firm. Unmold. Garnish with hearts of lettuce and melon balls. Serve with mayonnaise. 6 servings.
