|½ pounds||Lima beans|
|1 x||Garlic clove, minced|
|1 x||Lemon, juice only|
Place beans in a saucepan with water to cover. Cook until tender, about 1½ hr. Drain. Add garlic and lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot or cold.
