Light party herb dip

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Lowfat cottage cheese
⅔ cup Chopped fresh parsley
½ cup Chopped fresh dill
¼ cup Fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 teaspoons Capers; drained
