Lettuce wedges with avacado dressing

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Ripe avacado
¼ cup Dairy sour cream
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
¾ teaspoon Onion salt
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
⅓ cup Crumbled blue cheese
⅓ cup Vegetable oil
¼ cup Medium white wine
¼ cup White wine vinegar
\N \N Lettuce wedges

Cut avacado lengthwise in half; remove pit. Scoop out fruit; mash.

Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, onion salt and Worcestershire sauce.

Mash cheese with fork; stir in oil, wine and vinegar. Mix with avacado mixture. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours. Serve over lettuce wedges.
