Lentil soup recipe for the crock pot

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Lentils
½ cup Chopped onions
½ cup Chopped celery
¼ cup Chopped carrot
3 tablespoons Chopped parsley
1 \N Clove; (or to taste) Crushed garlic
2½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Oregano
1 can (1lb) Tomatoes
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar

Rinse lentils. Put all in crock pot except the tomatoes and vinegar. Add eight cups water and cook all day on low. 30 mins before serving add the tomatoes and wine vinegar, turn to high wait 30 mins. and enjoy.
