| Measure | Ingredient |

| ⅔ cup | Nuts; grind |
| 2 cups | Egg whites |
| 1½ cup | Milk; FF |
| ⅔ cup | Applesauce |
| 2 cups | Corn flakes |
| ⅓ teaspoon | Sage |
| Salt | |
| Pepper | |
| ⅔ cup | Onions; chop |
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 deg. After 45 minutes coat top with undiluted tomato soup and continue baking for 15 minutes more. :
