|½ cup||Chicken broth; low-fat low-sodium|
|2 tablespoons||Lite soy sauce|
|2 tablespoons||Sesame oil|
|¼ cup||Tangerine juice; or substitute orange juice|
|1 tablespoon||Minced fresh lemongrass|
|1 teaspoon||Crushed red pepper|
|1½ pounds||Fresh tuna steaks|
Combine the broth, soy sauce, oil, juice, lemongrass, and pepper in a shallow pan.
Add the tuna and marinate 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Broil or grill the tuna on each side for about 4 to 5 minutes and serve.
