Lemon-poppy seed coffee cake

Yield: 9 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Bisquick original baking mix
¼ cup Poppy seed
1 cup Milk
¼ cup Vegetable oil
2 \N Eggs
1 pack (4-serving size) lemon instant pudding and pie filling
⅔ cup Powdered sugar (up to)
4 teaspoons Lemon juice

GLAZE

HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Grease square pan, 9x9x2-inches.

MIX baking mix, poppy seed, milk, oil, eggs and pudding and pie filling (dry); beat 30 seconds. Spread in pan.

BAKE 35 to 40 minutes or until light golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Drizzle with Glaze. 9 servings.

Glaze: Mix ingredients until smooth and drizzling consistency.
