2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 cup Skim milk
3 tablespoons Liquid sucaryl
Egg whites,stiffly beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.combine flour,cinnamon,and salt in a small bowl.Combine egg plus yolks,sherry,lemon juice,milk and sucaryl.Add to dry ingredients,beating well.Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.Pour into a lightly buttered 4 cup casserole.Set in a pan of hot water and bake 55 to 60 minutes.Serve warm or chilled.
