|15 millilitres||1 tbsp sunflower oil.|
|1||Clove garlic, crushed.|
|Juice of half a lemon.|
|Ground black pepper.|
|30 millilitres||2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs, or 2,5 ml half tsp dried mixed herbs.|
Mix all ingredients together. Leave to marinade for at least half an hour.
Cook over a barbecue, under the grill or in the oven at 200 c, 400 f, gas 6. VARIATION Try spices instead of the herbs.
