4 ounces Large prawns
1 tablespoon Sliced lemon grass
2 tablespoons Sliced onion
Clove chopped garlic 1 x teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon Fish sauce
1 pinch Chilli powder
1 pinch MSG; (mono-sodium
  ; glutamate)
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Water

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok and add a small sliced onion, 4 oz of king prawns, a chopped clove of garlic, a level tablespoon of sliced lemon grass and stir fry for about two minutes.

Then lower the heat and add a tablespoon of fish sauce, a teaspoon of chilli powder, a teaspoon of sugar and a tiny pinch of mono-sodium glutamate, continuing to stir fry vigorously and last, slowly pour 2 tablespoons of water.

Serve immediately.
