Lemon garlic pasta

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Olive oil
2 tablespoons Minced garlic
¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
1 pounds Linguine or spaghetti; cooked and drained
2 teaspoons Grated lemon zest
¼ cup Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Coarse salt
\N \N Freshly ground pepper
½ cup Chopped fresh Italian parsley

Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Pour over cooked pasta in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss well to coat. Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper. Serves 4
