| 4 | Eggs separated |
| ⅓ cup | Fresh lemon juice |
| 1 cup | Sugar |
| 1 | Lemon, grated rind of |
| 200 grams | Cookies (Petit Buerre) |
1. Beat egg whites till stiff. Beat the Rich's Whip until stiff. Beat the yolks, add sugar and lemon juice. Fold the whites, then the lemon juice.
2. Make a crumb crust with cookies, some cinnamon and margarine. Put ⅔ of crumb mixture in pan, pour batter into pan, then s[prinkle the rest of the crumbs on top. Freeze.
