Lemon cream crackline with strawberries

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Limes; zest of
150 grams Lemon juice
200 grams Sugar
200 grams Butter
100 grams Whipped cream
200 grams Beaten eggs
\N \N Fresh strawberries to garnish

Mix zest of limes, lemon juice, sugar and butter. Bring to the boil and add beaten eggs.

Put back on the heat to boil. Allow to cool and add whipped cream. Serve with crackline and garnish with fresh strawberries.
