1 pounds Ground beef
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1¼ pounds Cottage cheese (dry)
½ cup Parmesian cheese
2 cans Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
8 ounces Lasagna
2 cups Mozzarella (grated)

~ Brown the ground beef and drain. ~ add tomato sauce and seasonings ~ simmer slowly for 20 minutes ~ prepare the lasagna noodles ~ arrange one layer of lasagna in parallel strips in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. ~ Top with ⅓ of the meat sauce, ⅓ of the mozzarella, ⅓ of the cottage cheese. ~ Repeat the layering until done. End with the cottage cheese. ~ top with parmesian cheese. ~ Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. ~ Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
