3 tablespoons | Butter |
3 \N | Onions, cut in half |
¼ teaspoon | Salt or more to taste |
¼ teaspoon | Black pepper |
1½ cup | Raw rice |
4 cups | Hot water |
from:the wonderful World of cooking Saute lamb in butter for 5 minutes. Add onions, slt and peppers, stirring until very brown. Add water and rice. Mix. Cover. Bake at 300 deg for 2 hours. 6-8 servings.
