|3 pounds||Lamb breast, boned and cubed|
|3||Onions, cut in half|
|¼ teaspoon||Salt or more to taste|
|¼ teaspoon||Black pepper|
|1½ cup||Raw rice|
|4 cups||Hot water|
from:the wonderful World of cooking Saute lamb in butter for 5 minutes. Add onions, slt and peppers, stirring until very brown. Add water and rice. Mix. Cover. Bake at 300 deg for 2 hours. 6-8 servings.
