|1 pounds||Brown onions - diced|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon juice|
|1 tablespoon||Lime juice|
|1 tablespoon||Chopped cilantro|
|Jalapeno peppers - to taste finely|
|Salt and pepper|
Directions: Core the tomatoes, removing seeds. Dice the tomatoes into ⅜" cubes. Marinate the tomatoes in the lemon juice for six hours prior to use.
Combine the tomatoes, onions, lemon juice, lime juice, cilantro and jalepenos. Season with salt and pepper. Store in refrigerator until using.
Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
