| ½ pounds | Bacon; 1" pieces |
| 4 | Egg |
| 2 larges | Onion; grated |
| 2 tablespoons | Salt |
| 4 ounces | Milk, whole |
Saute bacon with grated onions lightly. Combine potatoes with bacon,onions,milk eggs, and salt.. Place in oiled glass pan (13 x 9 x 2) Baked at 400 degree for ½ hour then lower it to 350 degree until done, till knife inseted in center comes out clean.
