Korean bbq tofu

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Soy sauce
5 \N 6 T sugar or sweetener
2 teaspoons Dry mustard
\N a little water
4 \N Cloves garlic or 1/2 tsp
\N \N Garlic powder
2 teaspoons Onion powder

Cut tofu in strips ½ inch thick and marinate, then fry and garnish with vegetables of your choice. I like to cut tofu in squares and throw in a vegetable stir-fry. Enjoy! - From: lagst17+@...
