Kokee corn bread

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Eggs
1¼ cup Milk
½ pounds Butter; melted
3 cups Bisquick
1 cup Sugar
1½ teaspoon Baking powder
¼ cup Corn meal

Whisk together eggs and milk. Combine dry ingredients. Add egg-milk mixture and melted butter. Pour into 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

NOTES : This one is a favorite of ours. It is the most delicious cornbread - almost like cake! We had this cornbread for lunch high in the cool mountains of Kokee State Park on the island of Kauai.
