Kohlrabi crudites

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Soy sauce; light
½ cup Rice vinegar
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds; toasted
1 tablespoon Scallions; minced
4 cups Kohlrabi slices; cut into chunks

Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sesame seeds and scallions.

Serve in a bowl surrounded by Kohlrabi chunks. Provide picks for eating.
