| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 large | Package hash-brown potatoes |
| 1 can | Cream of potato soup |
| 1 can | Cream of celery soup |
| Salt & pepper | |
| Parsley flakes | |
| Paprika | |
| Chopped onions, optional | |
| Chopped gr.peppers, optional |
Mix together everything except parsley and paprika.
Let sit until it mixes easily. Put into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle paprika and parsley on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1½ hours.
