kohl's lemon pudding cake
| Measure | Ingredient |
|---|---|
| 1 | Yellow cake mix |
| 1 pack | Lemon pudding; 3-oz size |
| 4 | Eggs |
| ¾ cup | Water |
| ½ cup | Oil |
| 2 cups | Powdered sugar |
| ⅓ cup | Lemon juice |
Cake:
Mix together cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, and oil.
Bake in an oblong cake pan at 350 degrees 45 minutes.
Glaze:
Mix together powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Poke holes in the HOT cake with a fork.
Pour glaze over the top of the cake - letting it run into the holes.
