|2 teaspoons||Baking powder|
|1½ teaspoon||Baking soda|
|½ cup||Chopped pecans|
|1½ cup||Wesson oil|
|2 cups||Grated carrots|
|1 small||Can crushed pineapple, drained|
Sift together: Flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon & salt. Mix together: Oil, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients gradually. Add carrots, pineapple and nuts. Pour into a greased oblong cake pan. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven 30-35 minutes.
Frost cooled cake with cream cheese frosting.
