1 \N | Clove garlic; minced |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 pounds | Knockwurst; thickly sliced |
2 \N | Small onions; chopped |
1 pounds | Cabbage; shredded |
½ teaspoon | Black pepper |
Melt butter in glass or ceramic casserole dish in the micro oven on the highest setting. Stir in the onions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the cabbage; salt and pepper and mix well.
