Knockwurst with cabbage

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Butter
1 \N Clove garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1 pounds Knockwurst; thickly sliced
2 \N Small onions; chopped
1 pounds Cabbage; shredded
½ teaspoon Black pepper

Melt butter in glass or ceramic casserole dish in the micro oven on the highest setting. Stir in the onions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the cabbage; salt and pepper and mix well. Lay the knockwurst slices on top of the cabbage. Cover and cook for 12 minutes. FROM: SONDRA PETERSON (DMDG94A)
