Knack-knick (chocolate icebox cookies)

Measure Ingredient

1 cup Margarine -- softened
1 cup Cocoa
½ cup Sugar
1 large Egg
½ cup Sweet red wine
½ teaspoon Vanilla or rum
4 cups Crusehd vanilla wafers

Cream the margarine and sugar. Blend in the cocoa. Add the remaining ingredients in the order given. Roll the mixture into one or two long sausage shaped rolls and wrap in waxed paper.
