⅔ cup | Parsley -- chopped |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
\N \N | Black pepper |
Mix crabmeat, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, pepper and salt. Pat with bread crumbs and parsley. Brown in skillet. Serve hot or cold. Makes 4 patties and left overs are great made into sandwiches.
