Kick butt jerky

Measure Ingredient
2½ pounds Chuck roast sliced thin
8 ounces Jim 'the elder' Cambells' Smokin' Chipotle Sauce; ( Kick ass for jerky)
2 tablespoons Powder garlic
4 tablespoons Wichishire sauce
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper
\N \N Orange Hab Powder to taste
2 tablespoons Cumin

Thats all there is to it.
