⅓ cup | Bourbon |
1 \N | Box of Powdered Sugar |
1 cup | Pecans, chopped |
Cream butter by hand. By hand, alternately blend in powdered sugar and bourbon. DO NOT USE MIXER. Fold in pecans. Drop by ⅔ teaspoonful onto wax-paper lined cookie sheets. Cover with wax paper. Refrigerate until set. Cover and store in refrigerator.
