Karen's yuletide breakfast

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
16 \N Slices of Bread*
6 \N Eggs
3 cups Whole Milk
1 \N Salt,Pepper,Dry Mustard**
½ cup Green Pepper
¼ cup Minced Onion
2 teaspoons Worstershire Sauce
½ cup Butter
½ cup Corn Flake Crumbs

*Cut crust from slices of bread. **Salt,Pepper,dry mustard to taste. Butter a 9x13 glass pan. Layer bread, bacon then cheese. Put on another layer of bread. Beat eggs, add milk then next 6 ingredients. Pour over bread layers and refrigerate overnight. Next day, melt butter, pour evenly over top and sprinkle with cereal crumbs. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350 deg. F. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into Squares. Ideal breakfast for the hustle and bustle of Christmas morning.
