Kahlua pie

Yield: 8 Wedges

Measure Ingredient
6 tablespoons Hard margarine (or butter)
1¼ cup Graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon Cocoa
1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
30 larges Marshmallows
¼ cup Milk
¼ cup Prepared coffee
½ cup Kahlua liqueur
1 \N Envelope dessert topping (prepared according to package directions)

FILLING

Chocolate Graham Crumb Crust: Melt margarine in small saucepan. Stir in graham crumbs, cocoa and sugar. Press in ungreased 9 inch pie plate. Bake in 350øF oven for 10 minutes. Cool completely.

Filling: Heat marshmallows, milk and prepared coffee in large saucepan, stirring often, until marshmallows are melted.

Stir in Kahlua. Chill, stirring occasionally, until starting to thicken.

Fold in dessert topping. Turn into pie crust. Chill. Cuts into 8 wedges.
