|4½ ounce||Black eyed beans; cooked|
|6||Kaffir lime leaves|
|1||1 in piece lemon grass|
|4½ ounce||Aduki beans; cooked|
|1||1 in piece root ginger; chopped|
|1||Red chilies; (1 to 2)|
|Groundnut oil for frying|
1. In a food processor combine all the ingredients and blend until a rich paste has developed.
2. Form small medallions from the paste.
3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and shallow fry the croquettes for 3-4 minutes.
